Our Story

Education has a money problem
we decided to work on it

Sproutly started from a simple observation — schools struggle to collect and manage money, while families struggle with the pressure of paying for Education.

We set out to build something that sits between both realities; a financial technology platform built specifically for education, helping schools manage payments and finances, ensuring teachers have the right digital tools, while giving families more flexible ways to pay for school.

2022

Sproutly Book (Invoicing app) version one launches with 20 schools.

2023

Discovered a bigger problem in education, partnered with Providus Bank to ensure school fees are paid with ease.

2024

We partnered with Ecobank to ensure seamless payment across Africa with Version 2 and pivoted.

2025

We partnered with AXA Mansard, HP, MTN to modernise the classrooms through Device-as-a-Service.

2026

Platform-as-a-Service company for democratised access to education funding.
